This will be a General Membership meeting there many things to be voted upon including continued relationship with the Plantory, new policies and procedures to fulfill IRS 501(c)3 requirements.
This is an extremely critical meeting and member attendance is needed. If you are unable to attend please give your written proxy to another member you wish to represent you. A written proxy can be in the form of a shared email, paper form, or shared text message that can be forwarded to email. Nothing verbal, whether in person or by telephone, can be accepted.
