Alaska may be next domino to fall...

A judges ruling on October 13, 2014, has set Alaska on a course toward legalizing same-sex marriage.  Many of us may recall that Alaska was the first state to place a same-sex marriage ban into their state constitution back in 1998.

The current list of states to allow same-sex matrimony now includes:
California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington state and Wisconsin, plus the District of Columbia.

Eight states are on the cusp:
Alaska, Arizona, Kansas, North Carolina, Montana, South Carolina, West Virginia and Wyoming.
