Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, Thursday, November 28, 2019.
Madison Central Marching Band, from Madison County, Kentucky, will be performing. Freedom is in the Color Guard.
9:30 A.M. Eastern. WLEX or NBC affiliate. 
She wanted everyone to know the time to watch.  I'm not sure what time the Parade begins.
