Thanksgiving Reminder

Just a quick note to remind those who may be interested.

Thanksgiving Dinner will be semi-potluck style one week from tomorrow, Thursday, November 28, at roughly 6 PM. Arrive early or late as your needs dictate.

This will be held in the home of Sandra and Patrick and co-hosted by Layla. Please contact us thru the website if you have any questions or are looking to help out in some way.

Sandra has done this for our greater Pagan-esque community for many years now, so this is not a "Garden specific" event in any way. However, we do highly endorse it and support our members and friends in their endeavors.

I sincerely hope that those who do not have prior plans, or who may not have family locally to share in this celebration, will not hesitate to join us for Thanksgiving.

Also, please, if you have a friend who will be alone this holiday, bring them with. Sandra will never turn away a plus-one. We should all pull together during the holiday season to share our joys and our sorrows as a community, a tribe, and even a village.

*tucking soap box away* I'll probably be one of the late arrivals but I look forward to seeing many of you there.

Merry Met and Brightest Blessings!

Trick or Treat schedules

For those that might be affected.  Trick or Treat will still be 6 - 8 PM on Thursday the 31st for Fayette County, regardless of weather.

Madison County has moved their Trick or Treat time to Friday the 1st from 6 - 8 PM for the safety of the children, as the weather may be calling for Tornadoes or some such.

Those ambitious children with parents willing to travel can now horde candy two nights in a row if they are able to brave the weather. :-)

Just thought I should send out a heads up, as there seemed to be much confusion earlier today, at least for Madison County people.

Happy Haunting and Merry Devil's Night!
