The Sixth Extinction
"Earth's sixth mass extinction event is underway," the headlines of dozens of major newspapers warned last summer.
The number of wild animals in the world has been cut in half in the last 50 years, and nearly half of all mammals have lost more than 80 percent of their range/population in the last 100 years, said a study published last July in the peer-reviewed journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.

Council and Fellowship this Sunday
Please share this on your social media or blog, especially if you live nearby. We want to hear from a variety of viewpoints from other humans so that we may learn from one another and, hopefully, get back on track to loving our planet and helping it and one another thrive.
Bring a dish for the potluck if you are able. Looking forward to seeing you there!
